From time to time during a school year, it becomes necessary for a Valley Christian Schools parent to contact the school regarding various subjects. This section is provided as a tool for reaching the right person with a minimal amount of effort.

Good communication between parents, staff, faculty and students that is undergirded with prayer is a fundamental method of providing an enriched educational environment for the students of VCS and, in turn, creates a partnership that contributes to Valley Christian Schools' "Quest for Excellence"™ in education.

Looking for a church home?

With Valley Christian Schools' emphasis on prayer, VCS, in partnership with parents, strongly encourages church attendance to help in the formation of Christian values in our children. If you are searching for a new church home you may contact our parent care phone number or email parent care (listed below). We will be pleased to provide a list of churches in your area where other VCS families attend.

Along with help in selecting a church home, another one of the methods chosen to maintain effective communications is to give parents a channel with which to voice concerns and suggestions to VCS. The following summarizes how to use the tools provided:

Give a piece of your mind or your heart

Sometimes in the rush of the academic schedule, a phone call or an email to a teacher or staff member from a parent may not get attention in the most timely manner.

If we do not respond by email or telephone to your message or inquiry within a twenty-four hour business day, or if your need is not met, please contact your principal's office or contact the President/Superintendent's office at (408) 513-2500 for assistance. Your calls are important to all of us at VCS as we pursue our Quest for Excellence™.

Comments about a wonderful teacher, ideas or concerns may be directed to our administration, faculty or staff through Valley Christian Schools' email directory.

You may send a direct email to Parent Care or telephone our direct number. We will respond as quickly as possible to all comments. If you would like to comment anonymously just drop a note in the comment/suggestion box at any campus office or mail your comments directly to Parent Care at our Skyway address.
